Professional background
Dr. Monika Pokhrel, PT, DPT brings more than 13 years of clinical experience to Source Motion Physical Therapy. Her approach combines careful listening, movement-based treatment, education, and individualized planning to help patients work toward meaningful functional goals.
Her career has included work with people recovering from injuries and surgeries, navigating neurological and pelvic health concerns, managing musculoskeletal conditions and persistent pain, and building confidence in everyday movement.
At Source Motion, she takes time to understand each person's concerns, daily responsibilities, and the activities that matter most—not simply a symptom in isolation.
